Soza Health Screen

The Soza Health Screen offers a high-end screening programme at an affordable price, comparable to programmes costing £600 - £700 elsewhere.

The Soza Health Screen is able to identify potential disease risk, focusing on the root causes of illness rather than on the symptoms. It analyses over 200 readings from the latest health screening devices to check for cardiovascular, respiratory, digestive and nutritional health.  The screen also assesses heart rate variability, kidney function, hydration, diabetes risk, the effects of stress and much more.
The screening consists of the following:

1. Urine and Saliva Test
Urine and saliva are examined for infection, acidosis/alkalosis, dehydration, sodium levels and digestive efficiency.

2. Blood Test (finger prick)
Fasting blood test taken to identify early stage diabetes. Glucose, triglycerides and cholesterol levels measured.

3. Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA)
Weight, height, hip and waist data, in combination with specific electrical frequencies, measure body composition, metabolic rate, hydration, cellular constitution and vitality.

4. Lung Function Test
A Lung function measurement device is used to capture breath speed, flow and volume. Lung obstruction and constriction are measured to identify those at risk of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) at the pre-symptomatic stage.

5. Core Blood Pressure Test

A Blood pressure cuff is applied to the left arm to measure both brachial and central aortic blood pressure. The measurements taken sitting and standing provide, through algorithms, a detailed assessment of overall blood pressure and vascular age, and help to identify early signs of cardiovascular disease.

6. Heart Rate Variability Test (HRV)

The HRV test is a fully automated cardiac monitoring test, incorporating the Valsalva Manoeuvre, that provides a quantitative assessment of heart rate variability both at rest and under stress. The test measures heart and vascular function, cardiovascular fitness and adaptive reserves.

7. Digital Pulsewave Analysis Test (DPA)

An infrared sensor measures the total power of the heart, peripheral circulation, potential arrhythmia, and assesses the function of the Autonomic Nervous System.

8. Blood Oxygen Test

A Finger pulse oxymeter measures the oxygen count in the blood.

9. Body Temperature Test

An infrared temperature gun is used to record core body temperature.

Personalised Report

A personalised report is automatically generated at the end of the consultation.  It is easy to understand, using a traffic light system for health risk, and is tailored to each person.  It includes diet and lifestyle recommendations.  Each client can access their report by logging into the Soza Health website using a secure code sent by text to their mobile phone.  The report can be saved as a Pdf file and printed out.

You may also be advised to have certain laboratory tests, depending on the results from your assessment.

If any abnormality is detected during your health check, which requires further investigation by a doctor, you will be given a letter to take to your GP.

An Asyra Bioresonance Test can be added for an extra £50.
